Clients needed to reach 80% of 2025 revenue
- What it is
- A Plotly and Dash dashboard over 392 verified client-year records for 140 clients from 2021 to 2025, built to answer how the company can grow profitably while keeping clients satisfied.
- What I did
- I classified every client each year as Protect, Improve, Grow or Review from revenue and loyalty, reconciled clients between years, flagged repeated revenue decline, and built the action map and the Sankey that splits growth from erosion.
- Result
- Revenue rose from $38.04m to $58.82m between 2024 and 2025: $14.90m from continuing clients, $8.07m from new ones, less $2.19m from those who left. $21.00m of 2025 revenue sat with passive clients, the accounts most worth a conversation.
